Steelco Gujarat Limited appoints TR Chadha & Co. LLP as its new statutory auditors

Steelco Gujarat Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. TR Chadha & Co. LLP as the Statutory Auditors of the company, effective August 15, 2026, to fill a vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. M Sahu & Co. Chartered Accountants, and the appointment will continue until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
