Mercury EV-Tech Ltd consolidated sales up 65.17% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit surged by 817.65%

Mercury EV-Tech Ltd share price slipped 0.66% to Rs 34.69. The Company's net profit soared by 817.65% to Rs 1.56 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 65.17% to Rs 33.38 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Passenger Cars & Utility Vehicles industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 11.22 lakh crore, slipping 4.19%. It has inched up 0.06% over last one week and ticked higher by 7.68% in last one month while the market capitalization of Mercury EV-Tech Ltd has slipped by 1.75% and 14.22% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Mercury EV-Tech Ltd stood at Rs 1.95 crore in Q2 FY26, dropping 10.96% year-on-year, and surging by 129.41% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 3 crore, expanding by 79.01% YoY and tumbling by 141.13% sequentially. Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 31.21% to Rs 31.07 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 15.91 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 126.64% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 2.66 crore, plunging by 17.13% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 307.08% to Rs 89.64 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 286.93% to Rs 7.7 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 184% to Rs 4.66 crore, and PBT surged 243.94% to Rs 9.94 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 43.83 crore in FY26, as against Rs 14.61 crore in FY25. Mercury EV-Tech Ltd crashed 27.72% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.
