Harrisons Malayalam Ltd consolidated sales down 15.10% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit tumbled by 56.86%

Harrisons Malayalam Ltd share price inched up 1.22% to Rs 220.55. The Company's net profit plunged by 56.86% to Rs 3.93 crore, while revenue from operations reduced 15.10% to Rs 124.92 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Rubber industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 8013.48 crore, slipping 8.61%. It has marginally improved by 1.76% over last one week and spiked sharply by 27.86% in last one month while the market capitalization of Harrisons Malayalam Ltd has slipped by 1.93% and 4.26% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Harrisons Malayalam Ltd stood at Rs 3.93 crore in Q2 FY26, nosediving by 34.06% year-on-year, and tanking 56.86% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, crashing by 53.87% YoY and plunging by 16.94% sequentially. Total expenses fell by 13.94% to Rs 120.85 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 25.08 crore, slumping by 22.09% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 46.87 crore, jumping 24.79% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 5.28% to Rs 513.91 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 303.97% to Rs 14.89 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 228% to Rs 11.68 crore, and PBT tanked by 303.97% to Rs 14.89 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 23.35 crore in FY26, as against Rs 32.98 crore in FY25. Harrisons Malayalam Ltd declined by 1.38% in last one year, outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.
