Vesuvius India sells Mehsana facility to Foseco India for INR 43.25 crore

Vesuvius India Limited announced that its board approved the sale of its Mehsana, Gujarat manufacturing facility to Foseco India Limited for a lump-sum consideration of INR 43,25,00,000, subject to adjustments. The facility, which manufactures crucibles, stoppers, and sleeves for the non-ferrous industrial sector, generated revenue of INR 58.13 crore and a net worth of INR 34.74 crore in the year ended December 31, 2025. Both companies are part of the Vesuvius group, with Vesuvius plc, UK, as the ultimate holding company, classifying the transaction as a related-party transaction conducted at arm’s length. The deal is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026.
