IDream Film Infrastructure forms subsidiary for IT, biometric solutions in India

IDream Film Infrastructure Company Limited announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a 100% wholly owned subsidiary, intended to undertake Information Technology, Digital Technology, and Finger Vein Biometric Technology solutions business activities in India and/or abroad, subject to regulatory approvals. The initial investment in the proposed subsidiary will be approximately Rs 1.00 crore, and the incorporation is expected to be completed within one month.
