V S S B & Associates, Chartered Accountant, as the company's statutory auditor for a five-year term, starting after the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting and ending at the conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval. The current statutory auditor, M/s. M A A K & Associates, Chartered Accountant, will expire at the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting.
