TeamLease Services sells 30% stake in Crystal HR venture for Rs 10.12 crore

TeamLease Services Limited has entered into an Exit Agreement dated August 12, 2026, with Crystal HR and Securities Solutions Private Limited to divest its entire 30% equity stake in the joint venture company, Crystal HR and Securities Solutions Private Limited, for Rs 10.12 crore. The transaction, previously disclosed on July 29, 2026, is being undertaken as part of portfolio rationalization and capital allocation priorities and will result in the joint venture ceasing to be a joint venture of TeamLease.
