Raama Finance confirms no deviation in proceeds from Rs 54.72 crore warrant issue

Raama Finance Limited, formerly known as Ramchandra Leasing & Finance Limited, confirmed to the BSE Limited on August 13, 2026, that there was no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds from its preferential issue of warrants, amounting to Rs 13,68,00,000, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations. The company received 25% of the total issue size of Rs 54,72,00,000 on March 17, 2026, and has utilized the funds for expansion of business, capital expenditure towards intangible assets, and general corporate purposes, as originally planned.
