Simranfarms Limited re-appointed Bhatia and Chhabra to their directorial roles

Simranfarms Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Gurmeet Singh Bhatia as a Whole-time Director for a further term of 3 years, from August 13, 2026, to August 12, 2029, subject to member approval, and the re-appointment of Mr. Gaurav Chhabra as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, effective May 14, 2027, to May 13, 2032, also subject to member approval, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday.
