Dharani Capital Services re-appointed BSD & Co as statutory auditors for five years

Dharani Capital Services Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of M/s. BSD & Co, Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditors for a second term of 5 consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 11th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 16th AGM, subject to shareholder approval.
