Vesuvius India sells Mehsana manufacturing facility to Foseco India for INR 43.25 crore

Vesuvius India Limited announced it has entered into a business transfer agreement to sell its manufacturing facility in Mehsana, Gujarat, to Foseco India Limited for a lump-sum consideration of INR 43,25,00,000. The facility, which manufactures crucibles, stoppers, and sleeves for the non-ferrous industrial sector, generated revenue of INR 58.13 crore and a net worth of INR 34.74 crore in the year ended December 31, 2025, representing 2.8% and 2.09% of Vesuvius India Limited’s total revenue and net worth, respectively. Both companies are part of the Vesuvius group of companies, with Vesuvius plc, UK, as the ultimate holding company, classifying the transaction as a related party transaction conducted at arm’s length.
