Unitholders can now electronically vote via NSDL and CDSL platforms using provided credentials

Unitholders are being provided with instructions to electronically vote on resolutions via NSDL and CDSL platforms, as well as alternative methods for those without demat accounts. NSDL users can access the system using their DP ID and Client ID, while CDSL users utilize their Beneficiary ID. Initial passwords were distributed via email, and recovery options are available through helpdesk contacts at evoting@nsdl.com or 022-48867000 for NSDL, and helpdesk.evoting@cdslindia.com or 1800-21-09911 for CDSL. The notice emphasizes password confidentiality, limits login attempts to five, and confirms that once a vote is submitted, it cannot be altered. A QR code is provided for accessing the NSDL Speede mobile app to facilitate the voting process.
