Rajasthan Securities Limited, formerly known as Rajasthan Gases Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Ravindra Ramesh Maloo (DIN: 09417562) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) with effect from August 13, 2026, following a recommendation by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Maloo, who has over 24 years of experience in the stock market and securities trading, is also a Director of Maloo Commodities and Stock Trading Private Limited.
