Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd consolidated sales down 24.46% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit plunged by 98.18%

Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd share price ticked higher by 1.22% to Rs 21.63. The Company's net profit tumbled by 98.18% to Rs 0.59 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 24.46% to Rs 119.66 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Civil Construction industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 9.29 lakh crore, plunging by 17.30%. EBITDA came in at Rs 100 crore, jumping 286.52% YoY and retreating 14.75% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 2.94% to Rs 109.44 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 4.92 crore, ticking higher by 0.82% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 17.10% to Rs 637.68 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 37.31% to Rs 39.98 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 10143% to Rs 82.47 crore, and PBT tanked by 34.32% to Rs 56.39 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 145.22 crore in FY26, as against Rs 122.99 crore in FY25. Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd crashed 50.81% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.
