Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited clarified to the BSE Limited that the financial results to be considered and approved at the Board of Directors meeting scheduled for August 14, 2026, are "Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026," correcting a previous reference to "Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended June 30, 2026" in an earlier communication dated August 11, 2026.
