Innova Captab Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the declaration of the revised audited financial statements for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
