Choksi Laboratories re-appointed Himika Choksi as Whole Time Director for five years

Choksi Laboratories Limited announced that its board of directors re-appointed Ms. Himika Choksi as a Whole Time Director for a further period of five years, effective April 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting. Ms. Choksi, who is a Promoter member of the company, is the daughter of Managing Director Sunil Choksi and Whole Time Director Stela Choksi, and the sister of Whole Time Director Vyangesh Choksi.
