Natraj Proteins Limited announced the recommendation of the re-appointment of Shri Sharad Kumar Jain (DIN: 02757935) as Whole Time Director for a further period of 3 years w.e.f. 1st October, 2026, at a board meeting held on Thursday, 13th August, 2026, subject to approval by the company's members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
