Taj GVK Hotels & Resorts Limited has fixed September 1, 2026, as the record date for the declaration of a dividend of Rs 2.2 per equity share, or 100%, on a face value of Rs 2 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 31st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 9, 2026, with payment to be made within 5 days from the date of the AGM.
