Deepak Spinners Limited informed the BSE that its 44th Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, via video conferencing and other audio visual means, where shareholders approved the adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, the appointment of a director in place of Yashwant Kumar Daga, the ratification of remuneration of the Cost Auditor, and the re-appointment of Yashwant Kumar Daga as Chairman and Managing Director effective December 23, 2026.
