Tega Industries Ltd consolidated sales up 227.17% on year in Q2FY2026

Tega Industries Ltd share price slipped 1.11% to Rs 1626.7 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 353.69% to Rs 108.25 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 227.17% to Rs 1723.44 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Industrial Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.7 lakh crore, rising 5.92%. It has eased by 0.26% over last one week and soared by 41.62% in last one month while the market capitalization of Tega Industries Ltd has inched up 2.81% and 2.67% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Tega Industries Ltd stood at Rs 116.48 crore in Q2 FY26, nosediving by 369.57% year-on-year, and plunging by 273.02% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 38 crore, declining 4.77% YoY and jumping 61.49% sequentially. Total expenses surged 254.07% to Rs 1741.49 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 849.33 crore, soaring by 283.55% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 176.09 crore, surging 146.38% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 9.78% to Rs 1638.65 crore, while net profit grew slightly 3.23% to Rs 200.12 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 33041% to Rs 296.66 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 4.95% to Rs 259.2 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 195.03 crore in FY26, as against Rs 252.14 crore in FY25. Tega Industries Ltd plunged by 10.15% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.
