Solex Energy Limited announced it has received a work order from a domestic private limited company in the power/electricity sector, involving the supply of N-Type TOPCON 620Wp - Glass-to-Glass (G12R) Solar PV Modules, valued at Rs 42.47 Crore, including taxes, with execution scheduled across October 2026. The company disclosed this information in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, noting that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in the entity awarding the order, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction at “arm’s length.”
