Zuari Industries Ltd share price ticked higher by 2.04% to Rs 264.9 after the company's net profit plunged by 100.16% to Rs 0.05 crore, while revenue from operations increased 10% to Rs 311.93 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Sugar industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 45464.86 crore, dropping 14.45%. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 16.83 crore, slumping by 95.60% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 33.84 crore, dipping slightly 5.45% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 15.82% to Rs 970.33 crore, while net profit tanked by 113.24% to Rs 94.37 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA tumbled by 17701% to Rs 63.02 crore, and PBT collapsed by 111.17% to Rs 87.57 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1.29 crore in FY26, as against Rs 71.48 crore in FY25. Zuari Industries Ltd nosedived by 15.60% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.
