The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd share price ticked higher by 0.07% to Rs 1491.4 after the company's net profit plunged by 25.38% to Rs 582.67 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 5.58% to Rs 5052.15 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 2837.97 crore, rising 12.46% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 237.95 crore, surging 12.76% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tick up 7.57% to Rs 19241.05 crore, while net profit expanded by 13.64% to Rs 2499.25 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 289092% to Rs 3130.59 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 9.63% to Rs 3350.93 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2417.5 crore in FY26, as against Rs 2277.51 crore in FY25. The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd tumbled by 20.14% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.
