Ashoka Buildcon secures a 35-year, Rs 126.54 million Sakoli project from REC Power Development

Ashoka Buildcon Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited for the establishment of a 400/220/132 kV AIS Sakoli project in Bhandara, Maharashtra, awarded through a Tariff Based Competitive Bidding process. The project, with an annual consideration of Rs 126.537 million for 35 years, requires a performance bank guarantee of Rs 16.70 crore and is slated for completion within 24 months, followed by a 35-year operation and maintenance period. Trading window for designated persons of the company will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration, as per SEBI regulations.
