Virtuoso Optoelectronics receives equity shares and warrants from multiple investors

Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited announced the allotment of 16,85,392 equity shares and 7,02,246 unlisted fully convertible warrants on a preferential basis to Malabar India Fund Limited, India Insight Value Fund, Sukrit Bharati, Sukrit Bharati HUF, and Nikitha Poddatur. The equity shares were allotted at a price of Rs 356 per share, including a premium of Rs 346, while the warrants were also priced at Rs 356 per warrant, including a premium of Rs 346. The company's paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 342,510,710 comprising 342,510,710 equity shares of Rs 10 each, and the newly allotted shares will be listed on the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
