Universal Starch Chem Allied Limited announces director re-appointments and designation change

Universal Starch Chem Allied Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Smt. Nayankuwar J. Rawal has been re-appointed as a Whole-Time Director for three years effective November 20, 2026, and Shri. Vishal Thakkar has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Gopalsingh Rajput’s designation has been changed to Whole Time Director, effective August 12, 2026, for a period of three years.
