Uday Jewellery appoints Venugopal & Chenoy as Statutory Auditors for five years

Uday Jewellery Industries Limited announced that its board approved the appointment of M/s. Venugopal & Chenoy, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad, as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, starting at the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting and ending at the conclusion of the 32nd AGM in 2031, replacing M/s. Anant Rao & Malik, Chartered Accountants, whose term concludes at the 27th AGM, subject to shareholder approval.
