PBM Polytex Ltd. re-appointed Mohan Kumar Patodia as Managing Director for three years

PBM Polytex Ltd. announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Mohan Kumar Patodia as Managing Director for a further term of three years from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting. Patodia, whose previous term was approved at the 103rd AGM held on September 25, 2023, has over 50 years of experience in marketing cotton yarn and textile products, and is related to directors Krishan Kumar Patodia and Gopal Patodia.
