UVS Hospitality revises share allotment to Shaukat Sattar Hajiyani, increasing total shares

UVS HOSPITALITY AND SERVICES LIMITED, formerly known as Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Ltd, clarified that Shaukat Sattar Hajiyani was allotted 20,000 equity shares on a preferential basis for cash, correcting a previous disclosure of 16,000 shares, resulting in a total of 2,20,000 equity shares being allotted instead of 2,16,000. The company also revised Annexure 2 and Annexure B to reflect the corrected number of shares, with the paid-up share capital increasing from Rs 40,51,98,570 to Rs 40,73,98,570.
