Nephrocare acquires Davao City dialysis center assets for PhP 71.8 million

Nephrocare Health Services Limited announced that its overseas step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, Nephrocare Health Care Services, Philippines Inc., has entered into an Asset Transfer Agreement dated August 12, 2026, with Juan Nephro Dialysis Center to acquire assets of a dialysis center in Davao City, Philippines, for a consideration of PhP 71,800,000.
