Atal Realtech Limited will further consider and conclude a proposal to raise funds through a public offer, rights issue, American Depository Receipts, Global Depository Receipts, Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, qualified institutions placement, debt issue, preferential issue, or other methods at a board meeting scheduled for August 17, 2026, as previously disclosed on August 6, 2026, and initially discussed on August 12, 2026.
