The issue was subscribed 2.17 times. The issue opened for bidding on Tuesday, 11 August 2026 and it will close on Thursday, 13 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 133 per share to 140 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 107 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 1,428 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 125 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 1,553 crore.
