The initial public offer of Dhoot Transmission Ltd IPO received bids for 1,85,19,71,585 units as against 2,49,56,363 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 18:14 IST on Wednesday (12 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 74.21 times. The issue opened for bidding on Monday, 10 August 2026 and it will close on Wednesday, 12 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 829 per share to 871 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 17 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 1,400 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 1,666 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 3,066 crore.
