Brigade Enterprises approves share allotment and stock options under employee plans

Brigade Enterprises Limited’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 33,720 equity shares under the Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan, 2017 and 63,183 equity shares under the new Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan rolled out in 2022, as well as the issue of 82,628 stock options under the Employee Stock Option Plan rolled out in 2022, increasing the company's paid-up share capital from Rs 3,26,16,23,800 to Rs 3,26,25,92,830.
