Shree Pushkar Chemicals appoints Jass & Co LLP as auditors for a five-year term

Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd. announced the retirement of M/s. S.K. Patodia & Associates as statutory auditors upon completion of their term at the upcoming annual general meeting on September 28, 2026. Simultaneously, the board recommended the appointment of M/s. Jass & Co LLP as the new statutory auditors for a five-year term, also concluding in 2031. Jass & Co LLP, established in 1978, provides a range of accounting and advisory services. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Dilip M. Bathija as the cost auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
