Nephrocare subsidiary in Kazakhstan, NPHSK LLP, holds KZT 5 million charter capital

Nephrocare Health Services Limited clarified that NEPHROPLUS HEALTH SERVICES KAZAKHSTAN Limited Liability Partnership (“NPHSK LLP”), incorporated in the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 26, 2026, is a step-down subsidiary, not a wholly-owned subsidiary, as previously disclosed; Nephrocare Health Services International Pte. Ltd. (“NHSI”), Singapore, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nephrocare Health Services Limited, holds 99% of NPHSK LLP’s charter capital, with the remaining 1% held by another participant, and the charter capital totals KZT 5,000,000, approximately USD 10,500.
