D&H India re-appoints Saurabh and Harsh Vora for three years, pending shareholder approval

D&H India Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Saurabh Vora as Whole Time Director and Mr. Harsh Vora as Managing Director for a further period of 3 years w.e.f. October 1, 2026, subject to member approval in the Annual General Meeting. Mr. Vora’s experience is 17 years in the industry, while Mr. Harsh Vora has over 41 years of experience.
