SecMark Consultancy, Codifi Finserv, and SecMark Holdings to merge, pending regulatory approvals

SecMark Consultancy Limited announced that its board approved a scheme of amalgamation with Codifi Finserv Private Limited and SecMark Holdings Private Limited, subject to regulatory approvals. Under the terms of the scheme, Codifi Finserv Private Limited shareholders will receive 2,000 shares of SecMark Consultancy Limited for every 100 shares held, while SecMark Holdings Private Limited shareholders will receive 75,435 shares for every 100 shares held. The amalgamation is intended to enhance offerings, achieve operational efficiency, and create long-term value, with the combined entity’s net worth estimated at Rs 2,340.92 crore and revenue from operations at Rs 3,753.72 crore as of March 31, 2026.
