Juniper Hotels secures license to develop a luxury hotel in Dwarka, New Delhi

Juniper Hotels Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Juniper Hospitality Assets Private Limited, executed a License Deed with the Delhi Development Authority on August 12, 2026, to develop a 5-Star Luxury Hotel at Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi, on a 2.524-acre land parcel. The Annual License Fees will commence at Rs 16.11 crore in the fourth year and increase by 5% annually from the fourth to the 13th year, and by 7% annually from the 14th to the 55th year.
