IndiGrid’s EnerGrid subsidiary secures transmission projects in Himachal Pradesh valued at Rs 5,800 crore

IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting operational revenue of Rs 930 crore, an 18.9% year-on-year increase, and EBITDA of Rs 860 crore, a 23.6% year-on-year increase. EnerGrid, a subsidiary of IndiGrid, won and received letters of intent for two inter-state transmission projects in Himachal Pradesh with a cumulative capacity of approximately 550 ckms and Rs 5,800 crore of capital expenditure. The company declared a distribution per unit (DPU) of Rs 4.12, in line with its full-year guidance of Rs 16.48, with a record date of August 17, 2026.
