N2N Technologies Limited informed the BSE on August 12, 2026, that its board approved a change in the nature of its business, effective August 13, 2026, following a change in management and control resulting from a recently concluded Open Offer by Harmony Remedies Private Limited along with Firoze Kapadia and Aditi Parikh; the company will cease its IT and Software Consulting business and discontinue employment for IT division employees and consultants, while evaluating new business opportunities.
