TD Power Systems sets August 24, 2026, as record date for equity share split

TD Power Systems Limited informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that August 24, 2026, has been set as the record date for the sub-division/split of one equity share with a face value of Rs 2 each into two equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each, following shareholder approval at the company's 27th Annual General Meeting held on August 12, 2026.
