Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading Company Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for the company's 25th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on September 30, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
