Shree Pushkar Chemicals received Rs 7.5 crore for fertilizer unit expansion in Madhya Pradesh

Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Limited reported no deviation or variation in the use of funds raised through a preferential issue of fully convertible warrants during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The company received Rs 7,49,99,968, representing 25% of the issue size, and the remaining 75% will be received as warrants are converted into equity shares. The funds are intended for investment in Madhya Bharat Phosphate Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, to be utilized for capital expenditure and expansion of a fertilizer unit in Madhya Pradesh.
