Orient Technologies discloses proceeds deviation from Rs 214.76 crore IPO, filed with BSE

Orient Technologies Limited, formerly known as Orient Technologies Private Limited, disclosed a deviation in the utilization of proceeds from its initial public offering of Rs 214.76 crore, which closed on August 28, 2024, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange on August 12, 2026. The company reported that of the original allocation of Rs 120.00 crore, Rs 81.09 crore was utilized, with adjustments made to allocations for acquisition of office premises in Navi Mumbai, funding of capital expenditure requirements, general corporate purposes, and issue expenses. CARE Rating Limited served as the monitoring agency for the fund raising.
