KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Ltd consolidated sales up 40.58% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit surged by 40.84%

KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Ltd share price advanced by 5% to Rs 1294.25 after the company's net profit jumped 40.84% to Rs 32.9 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 40.58% to Rs 252.32 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Industrial Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 69393.1 crore, slipping 2.78%. It has softened by 1.44% over last one week and ticked higher by 3.46% in last one month while the market capitalization of KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Ltd has increased 10.15% and 18.45% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Ltd stood at Rs 42.33 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 131.44% year-on-year, and rallying 57.65% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 46 crore, expanding by 230.10% YoY and jumping 46.36% sequentially. Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 38.06% to Rs 209.72 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 164.41 crore, soaring by 188.44% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 18.19 crore, soaring 34.74% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 39.43% to Rs 429.85 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 34.25% to Rs 52.88 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 5263% to Rs 58.65 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 32.88% to Rs 74.32 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 21.44 crore in FY26, as against Rs 16.92 crore in FY25. KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Ltd rallied 48.08% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.04% during the same period.
