Ticker Limited invested Rs 89 lakhs in Quantblock Technovation to support its trading platform services

63 moons technologies limited said a subsidiary, Ticker Limited, has allotted 89,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Re. 1 each to Ticker on August 8, 2026, in Quantblock Technovation Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ticker and a step down subsidiary of 63 moons. The investment, amounting to Rs 89 lakhs, was made to meet the working capital requirements of Quantblock, which was incorporated on May 9, 2025, and is engaged in providing trading platform services in India. Ticker Limited continues to hold 100% shares in Quantblock.
