Sangam (India) Limited held an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, via video conferencing, where shareholders approved the issuance of 18,000,000 warrants convertible into equity shares to promoters and promoter group entities on a preferential basis.
