Mufin Green Finance Limited has issued and allotted 7,500 secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures, totaling Rs 75 crore, through a private placement, according to a regulatory filing on Friday. The debentures, with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, will be listed on BSE Limited and mature on November 12, 2027, with a coupon rate of 10.85% per annum.
